CEN/TC 428 ‘ICT professionalism and Digital competences’ is responsible for all aspects of standardization related to developing ICT skills in all sectors, public and private. This includes activities related to the four major building blocks of ICT professionalism: competences, education, ethics, and body of knowledge.
