THE MEETING CENTRE

Hybrid Meetings 

• 3 meeting rooms that are fully equipped with audio & web conferencing systems to organize hybrid meetings;
• Magellan 1 & Archimedes are also equipped with a zoom auto-tracking camera (cueing automatically to the participant speaking), in addition to the usual audio system;

The availability of the meeting rooms can be checked through the 'Meeting Room Manager

The organisers of the meetings that are already planned will be requested to provide a list of participants prior to the meeting in order to smoothen the visitor registration process upon arrival. All personal information will be treated in compliance with the R.G.P.D. rules

All our meeting rooms are equipped with:

• Natural light and air conditioning
• High-definition screens, Clickshare, audio & web conference systems
• Microphones & speakers

The Meeting Centre also puts at your disposal:

• Lounge and break out areas
• Business corner to work or have a call
• Coffee, tea, water
• Notepads, pens, flipcharts and white boards
• WIFI everywhere

Web/Audio Conferencing

The Meeting Centre applies a “Bring Your Own Device” policy. This means you can use our web/audio facilities in each of our meeting rooms at any time via your own devices/providers. The CEN-CENELEC Management Centre also offers the possibility to organise virtual meetings via ZOOM.

Catering

The CEN-CENELEC Meeting Centre provides cold catering only in the large lunch court in front of the CEN-CENELEC reception.

Orders for catering can be done exclusively via the CEN-CENELEC Meeting Centre team, and must be confirmed at least 2 working days before your meeting.
