CEN/TC 159 “Hearing protection” is focussing on describing requirements for hearing protection to make sure that products put on the market are safe and do protect users. Additionally, it gives guidelines on how to best select, use and maintain hearing protection.

It is organized by the CEN-CLC SABE Topic Group Circular Economy (SABE CE-TG) with the objective of providing guidance to CEN and CENELEC technical bodies in the preparation of circular economy related standards. This workshop will provide participants with practical information regarding standardization activities and best practices related to circular economy and material efficiency topics from three CEN and CENELEC or ISO and IEC committees.
