On 30 November 2021, PKN, the Polish Committee for Standardization, organised a webinar entitled "Standardization in information security and business continuity." Participants learned, among other things, about the support provided by standards in the field of information security and business continuity management in the context of standardization.
Invited experts presented where to find guidelines for information security management and how to effectively use standards for the benefit of each organization. They also highlighted the support provided by information security and business continuity management standards, explaining the need to use them.
The audience found the webinar very interesting, thus allowing for their active participation. It also contributed to the dissemination of information on key standards, which are important for the protection of assets, such as financial information, intellectual property, employee data or information entrusted by third parties.
