CWA Measurement of Worker Satisfaction in Automated Systems - Methodology CEN Workshop Agreement

The aim of the Workshop is the development of a workshop on ‘Measurement of Worker Satisfaction in Automated Systems - Methodology CEN Workshop Agreement’.

The methodology covered by the workshop has been developed in the A4BLUE project funded by the European Commission’s Horizon 2020 – The Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (2014 - 2020).

It identifies the principal components of automation system design that need to be addressed to optimise human satisfaction and it provides a practical tool that can be directly applied to enhance the implementation of new automation in future human-centred factories.

The proposer was Cranfield University (United Kingdom) and the Secretariat is held by the Spanish Association for Standardisation, UNE.

The kick-off meeting was held on 30 August 2019 in London, BSI premises (389 Chiswick High Road, London W4 4AL, United Kingdom).

The CWA ‘Measurement of Worker Satisfaction in Automated Systems - Methodology CEN Workshop Agreement' has been published.
