CEN and CENELEC are pleased to support the dissemination of the survey launched by the European Commission on the Codes of Practice for Knowledge Valorisation, adopted between 2023 and 2024.
This initiative is part of the EU’s broader efforts to strengthen the impact of research and innovation by ensuring that knowledge and results are effectively transformed into social and economic value.
The European Commission has adopted four Codes of Practice, including one on standardization for researchers. This code provides a set of recommendations to beneficiaries of public-funded research and innovation programmes on how to valorise project results through standardization.
The survey is open to all stakeholders involved in research and innovation activities and policies, and aims to collect input regarding the awareness on the Codes of practice and the way they are used. By participating to this survey, stakeholders can provide input that will inform future policies and initiatives that support effective knowledge valorisation.
