The CEN-CENELEC Workshop on ‘Innovative solutions for user centric charging infrastructure for electric vehicles' was kicked off on 7 July 2023.

The EU-funded Sea4Value project (GA no. N°869703) is the first attempt to recover minerals and metals from brines produced in seawater desalination plants in a cost-effective way. 

The aim of the workshop is to publish a test method suitable for assessing the potential presence of trace chemicals in absorbent hygiene products (AHPs).

This CEN/WS intends to develop two CWAs (Workshop Agreement). The planned Workshop intends to deliver 2 different documents related to obtaining in a limited time the materials fatigue properties. The first one, so called self-heating measurements, is based on the evolution of temperature measurements under cyclic loading. The second one, so called stiffness method measurements, is based on the evolution of the damage during cyclic loading.

This CWA includes a comprehensive canon of standards for the creation, delivery, and use of eXtended Reality (XR) learning activities and 3D Augmented Reality objects for intensive educational processes. It contains a methodology detailing the techniques that should be employed through the different steps to be followed, to advance knowledge retention and impact positive behaviour in Schools. It intends to enable a common European disruptive educational approach and thus the possibility of sharing 3D content.

This CEN Workshop Agreement (CWA) provides requirements and recommendations for the content, design and formulation of social media early warning messages and notifications in crisis and disaster management towards the public.
