ASTM and CEN extend and expand Cooperation Agreement

Brussels 9 June 2022 - CEN, the European Committee for Standardization, and ASTM International have agreed to extend and expand a Technical Cooperation Agreement from 2019 with the objective to broaden and facilitate global dialogue and coordination in specific standardization areas of mutual interest.

Standardization conference explores EU Cybersecurity legislation

Brusssels, 16 March 2022 - On 15 March, the European Standards Organisations (ESOs), CEN, CENELEC and ETSI, joined forces with ENISA, the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity, to organise their 6th annual conference. JRC, CEN and CENELEC to strengthen their work on connecting Standardization with Research

On 21 October, the European Committee of Standardization (CEN), the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization (CENELEC) and the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission (JRC) renewed their cooperation agreement for further five years.
