As part of the green transition, and due to a growing awareness on environmental aspects among businesses and customers, an increasing number of organizations are engaged in monitoring and reducing their environmental impact. This commitment also targets some traditional sectors, which are evolving to better address their customers’ new green ambitions.

'Career tracking' has become increasingly recognized as a necessary monitoring tool to map PhD graduate career paths and evaluate the PhD skills training. It is useful and efficient tool for producing high-quality data concerning PhD employability and it also fosters increasing interaction with and exposure to the non-academic sector.

The CEN Workshop (CEN/WS) will develop a CWA aimed to provide a user-centred summative and formative testing methodology for public sector bodies and agencies willing to measure the extent to which local public service delivery (including offline and online modes) empowers refugees and regular immigrants in the fulfilment of their integration goals and in so doing, ultimately enables a full exercise of their acknowledged citizenship rights. 

This Workshop will produce a CEN Workshop Agreement (CWA), which will define quality criteria and guidelines for effective dual training (dual systems). The document aims at simplifying the dual training process for every kind of structure and it will include examples of best practices related to the different experiences of the CEN Workshop participants. It will also contain an annex addressing the need for code of conducts between host company and trainee and providing for additional examples, thus addressing another relevant aspect, which is the centrality of the person, seen not only as a resource and part of an economic mechanism.

The insurance business is rapidly migrating from paper-based processes to the digitalization and automation of electronic processes. These electronic business processes take place between independent organizations, which leads to a variety of information formats being used. In order to facilitate this information exchange, there is a need for the standardization of the data formats being used.
