The 37th meeting of the CEN and CENELEC Working Group of the Technical Boards on Standardization, Innovation and Research, also known as STAIR, took place on 11 December in Brussels.
The 45th Meeting of the CROSQ Council, alongside the InDiCo-Global European Standardization System (ESS) Workshop, was held on 9 October 9, 2024, in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The meeting marked a milestone for collaboration between Caribbean and European Standardization Organizations (ESO). The event, co-hosted by CROSQ (CARICOM Regional Organization for Standards and Quality) and InDiCo-Global (Global International Digital Cooperation on Standards and Related Policy), provided a strategic forum for advancing regional and global standards harmonization.
After two years of hard work by 120 European experts, 10 focus group meetings, 90 working group (WG) meetings, and three revisions, the final version of the roadmap for Organ-on-Chip standardization is ready. You can download the roadmap here.
On 30 June, the call for nominations to the CEN and CENELEC Standards+Innovation Awards 2024 closed. A total of 25 nominations have been put forward by the CEN and CENELEC Members, representing valuable contributions to work on standardization.
